SLEEP
Lockdown has pretty much affected our sleep patterns, it’s now about Netflix and chill. But the next day when you get up, it just leads you to a sense of dissatisfaction as it affects your biological circadian clock, and this lack of sleep can lead you to increased food intake which In turn will affect your weight loss journey. So lack of sleep can affect your food selection and hence will hamper your results.
NEGATIVE SELF TALK
You must be wondering what, how as negative talk is a very common aspect of our journey. Do remember last time your started getting into a good routine and one fine day things didn’t go as planned and you suddenly start blaming yourself. You aren’t good enough, you are a failure. Abs this puts you and your entire body under stress, in fact, more than your cheat your negative self-talk will affect your body. And you stop everything you started, stopping your journey further.
It’s very important to understand that “setbacks” or part of the journey. Stop looking for perfection. Perfection is a way to self-sabotage.
YOU THINK YOU ARE LAZY
Now this most common talk of the town, but I am lazy. Lemme tell you aren’t, you must be thinking no really I am. Well, our brain is wired in such a way that we always wanna save energy. So after buying that gym subscription you never went to the gym because you realised yourself was lazy. Well, our brain has a different voice, one voice saying No you should not while the other saying you should go. But final voice Is a decision which you can choose without attaching yourself to “Lazy brain voice”
