1. How has your entrepreneurial journey evolved to publishing?
Looking back, I never imagined my journey would take such unexpected turns. My upbringing was all about playing it safe, with my parents nudging me towards a traditional career as a doctor. But then there’s Upendra, my husband, from a family of risk-takers and entrepreneurs. When he suggested we start a business together, I thought it was an unthinkable idea – especially with a newborn to care for.
Upendra convinced me and I took the leap. And you know what? It turned out to be one of the best decisions I ever made. Our entrepreneurial journey has been a testament of faith, hope , perseverance and of personal development.

In the midst of helping others on their transformative paths, I found my true calling.
However, becoming a book writing mentor and publisher was never on my radar. This opportunity came my way and I leaned into it. Yet, I believe my entrepreneurial journey has inevitably led me to this path. What I cherish most about this role is the opportunity to illuminate people’s most precious asset – their story. We encapsulate their life experiences and wisdom into inspirational books that not only guide others toward their best life but also elevate the author’s authority, credibility, and expertise in their respective field.
2. What drives your ongoing commitment to helping spiritually aligned leaders unlock their true potential in both business and life?
What keeps me moving forward is my strong belief that everyone holds unlimited potential just waiting to shine. Each person carries unique talents, but sometimes they need a helping hand to uncover them. My particular strength lies in spotting those gifts in others and guiding them to break free from their self-imposed limitations, so they can embrace their true power. When I see that moment of realization in their eyes, and feel the hope stirring in their hearts, it fuels my passion and drives me forward on this journey of empowerment.

4. As a co-author alongside renowned figures, how has collaborating with New York Times Bestselling authors influenced your approach to storytelling and mentorship?
Collaborating with Dr John Gray, New York Times Bestselling author of Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus, was an absolute honor and a game-changer for me. It completely shifted my perspective. Being welcomed into their circle of influence showed me the incredible power of stepping out of your comfort zone. I mean, here I was, someone who initially doubted the impact of my own story, and yet I found myself embraced by some of the most influential voices in the industry.
It was a reminder that the biggest opportunities come when we’re willing to take a chance, even if we’re not entirely sure of the outcome. Sharing my story, despite those initial doubts, led me to this incredible experience. It taught me so much about the importance of authenticity and vulnerability in making meaningful connections and impacting others.
That’s exactly how I approach mentoring my clients. I’m not just giving them advice from the sidelines; I’m right there in the trenches with them, guiding them every step of the way as they take their own leap of faith. It’s about being present, being real, and being there to support them through every twist and turn of their journey.
5. How does your emphasis on sharing life-altering experiences through high-impact books align with your mission to transform lives and foster a significant positive impact on the world?
People are constantly seeking solutions from those who have walked similar paths. When they see someone like themselves overcoming challenges, it instills hope and motivates them to take action. It’s incredible how sharing our experiences can potentially save others years of hardship—15 to 20 years, even! This sense of community, where we help each other grow and thrive, not only brings healing and joy but also contributes to a better, safer world for everyone. It’s about creating a ripple effect of positivity and empowerment that extends far beyond ourselves. This is what my mission is.
6. How does your dedication to supporting nearly 100 entrepreneurs in becoming best-selling authors showcase your resilience and unwavering commitment to creating a positive impact?
You know, during the pandemic, I was in India, supporting a close relative battling cancer. My husband and two kids were miles away in the US. It was tough. I felt like the whole world was upside down, wondering when we’d all be together again. But in those moments of uncertainty, I realized I had a choice to make.
I could have easily let myself drown in despair, asking why this was happening to me. But I decided to take a different route. I chose to focus on being there for others who were facing similar struggles. It wasn’t easy, trust me. There were days when I felt overwhelmed by my own emotions and challenges. Yet, deep down, I knew that helping others was what I needed to do.
So, despite the difficulties I was going through, I made a conscious decision to be a guiding light for those around me. I poured my energy into empowering women to share their stories and chase their dreams. It became my mission to support entrepreneurs in publishing their books and navigating the turbulent waters of business during the pandemic.
Seeing their resilience and determination kept me going. It reminded me that even in the darkest of times, there’s always a glimmer of hope. And you won’t believe it, within six weeks, I was back home with my family. It was like a ray of sunshine after a storm.
It just goes to show the power of choosing to focus on others, even when life throws you a curveball. And I wouldn’t have it any other way.
7. Are you working on any new writing projects?
I’m excited to share that I’m leading a beautiful project with ten incredible women authors. Together, we’re crafting a book titled Power of Community: Success Through Courage, Compassion, and Collaboration.
What’s amazing is that when I initially set the release date for our project, I hadn’t realized it coincided with Women’s History Month and International Women’s Day. It’s remarkable how everything fell into place, perfectly syncing with this significant month of celebration and empowerment for women worldwide. This unexpected alignment adds an extra layer of magic and meaning to our endeavor.
Launching our project only two days before International Women’s Day holds special significance. It’s a day dedicated to recognizing the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women globally. By sharing our stories and insights, we’re contributing to the ongoing dialogue surrounding gender equality, diversity, and inclusion.
This synchronicity with Women’s History Month and International Women’s Day underscores the importance of unity, solidarity, and collaboration among women from all walks of life. It highlights the enduring spirit of female empowerment and the collective effort to create positive change. As we set forth on this journey together, let us continue to uplift, support, and celebrate women’s voices, paving the way for a more equitable and inclusive future.
